CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to cancellations. However, our policy states that a passenger-cancelled ride will not be refunded. If we cancel the ride, we will promptly return the funds to your account.

We will review all cancelled and rescheduled rides by the Owner

Refund Eligibility:

- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger paid for the ride but did not use the services.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger was disrespectful to the driver or other passengers.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger is a no-show at the pickup or drop location.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger changes the pickup or drop-off location and does not show up.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger's flight is cancelled or delayed. In such cases, we will review the situation and determine whether to reschedule or provide a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger did not call or text to verify the pickup location.
- Refunds will not be issued if passenger flight was canceled or delayed, causing us scheduling problems for pickup or drop-off.
- Refunds will not be issued if passenger unplanned leave the vehicle.
- Refunds will not be issued if there was an unseen accident.
- Refunds will not be issued a traffic accident, bad weather, or if we arrived late.

Please be informed that our policies may be subject to change without prior notice. We will endeavor to inform you of any such changes. By using Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC's application, you certify that you have read and reviewed this agreement and that you comply with its terms.
You agree that all materials, products, and services rendered via this app are property of Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC, affiliates, employees, and/or licensors including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not replicate or redistribute Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC's intellectual property in any way including, but not limited to, electronic, digital, or new trademarks registrations.

By using Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC's app, you agree to the laws of the state, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any form that might come between Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC and you.

Any dispute related to your visit to our website or to services you purchase from Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC shall be arbitrated by state and federal courts and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur to you or your property as a result of your misuse of our app. Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC also owns the right to terminate any user accounts at any time for any reason. Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC owns the right to the content of this application and reserves the right to edit, update, and/or modify the terms and agreement associated with this application at any time. Users will be notified regarding any updates via email.

The terms and conditions are an understanding between Wilgo On The Go Transportation Service LLC and you (the application user), and supersede all prior agreements regarding the use of this app.

3- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive numerous SMS messages per week related to your answer to general questions.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Wilgo On The Go Transportation in the following ways:
Verbally, during a conversation
By submitting an online form
By filling out a paper form
6- Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply 'STOP' to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
